Black Moss author, André Narbonne, is featured in the following video discussing the logistics behind how his first book’s title came to be: Twelve Miles to Midnight.
After much debate over lines, scenes, and passages that the editing team thought embodied the collection as a whole, it was André who came up with the book’s title. While driving on the 401 with his infant daughter screaming in the backseat, he thought about ideas of destination and time.
Twelve Miles to Midnight is largely a narrative of journeys: each story explores a different route or choice that determines the path characters take. We hope you are able to join us on our journey with André’s debut book Twelve Miles to Midnight.
