April 10 – Black Moss Press launched two exciting books with the University of Windsor’s publishing and editing 2012/2013 practicum. Whisky Sour City and Talking Derby pulled a crowd of over 300 people to Windsor, Ontario’s Caboto Club.
This video shares the student experience of UWindsor’s publishing & editing practica. These students worked hard on Black Moss Press’s Talking Derby and Whisky Sour City, taking a pair of raw manuscripts and turning them into beautiful books.
This past Wednesday, the University of Windsor bookstore officially launched their Espresso Print-On-Demand machine by printing up the first copy of Mary Ann Mulhern‘s forthcoming Brides in Black and Terry Ann Carter‘s Day Moon Rising. Read the full article from Uwindsor’s daily news here.
