Nicole Birch-Bayley of The Barrie Examiner talked to Black Moss author Bruce Meyer about the Carnegie Days Festival and other similar literary events.

“I see the rest of Barrie becoming more integrated into the downtown,” says Meyer. “I see a positive transformation … where you will have a central part of the city where people will want to come to, that will be a cultural center. And at the same time, it will give a place for people to say, ‘this is where you come to experience Barrie.'”
